Morning | Enhancing Literacy and Learning Through Shared Reading and TD Snap for Elementary ACP and JP Lord Teachers

This session will offer participants ways to effectively implement shared reading practices that support literacy development for all students and explore the principles of shared reading and its role in building critical reading skills. Participants will learn to select engaging and accessible texts, model reading strategies, and use interactive questioning techniques to maximize student participation. The session will also focus on adapting shared reading to meet the needs of students by incorporating multisensory supports, communication tools, and differentiated strategies. Through hands-on demonstrations, student examples, and collaborative planning, teachers will learn how to integrate TD Snap seamlessly into daily instruction and routines. By the end of the training, each participant will leave with a personalized implementation plan tailored to their classroom and students.
