Afternoon | Using Strategic Scaffolds to Ensure High Expectations in the Gifted and Talented Classroom

This session is intended for the Elementary and Middle School Gifted and Talented Facilitators. It is a continuation of our professional learning series about Depth of Knowledge and teaching with high expectations. We will explore appropriate scaffolds that ensure all students can access the GATE curriculum and participate fully in the deep thinking activities. We will use the book "Rigor by Design Not Chance" by Karin Hess and "Vertical Differentiation Strategies" by Dr. Emily Mofield.
